Job Description:
Duties: Provide oversight of media mix modeling, experimental
design, and CRM design and measurement to develop and deliver
action-oriented recommendations that optimize Fidelity’s marketing
performance. Primary Responsibilities: • Provide analysis of and disseminate critical insights derived
from measurement and analytics. • Translate insights into information that enables leaders to
make evidence based decisions for high impact/high visibility
issues. • Review and approve test strategy and measurement plans. • Ensure measurement methodology aligns with problem complexity
and business priority. • Review and refine content to create and deliver optimal
messaging to business leaders and key stakeholders. • Interpret external business environment/trends and state of
the art data and tools and methodologies. • Oversee the performance and output of direct reports. • Evaluate team effectiveness and propose strategies for
improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Marketing, Management Science, Computer Information Systems,
Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field
and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of
experience performing digital analytics for Fortune 500 firms including
Financial Services; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign
education equivalent) in Marketing, Management Science, Computer
Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3)
years of experience performing digital analytics for Fortune 500 firms
including Financial Services. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated
Expertise (“DE”) in strategic consulting, including performing marketing
ROI analytics, market insight/analysis, marketing effectiveness and
efficiency analytics, and segmentation analytics for financial
institutions; DE informing marketing optimization using customer competitive
media and macroeconomic data, and coordinating a matrixed
analytic/statistical resources/team using SAS, SQL, R, Hadoop, and Adobe Analytics
Suite to analyze and produce business insights that inform executive
leadership’s decision making process; DE deploying quantitative analytics
(for small and big data) and qualitative techniques to identify and analyze
consumer purchases, decision journey, and marketing responsiveness --
using both captive and third party data -- to identify consumer trends and
inform the development of customer acquisition and retention strategies; DE
creating and delivering operational improvement and strategic planning
and business case models to influence senior management and stakeholders in
