Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Director, Data &
Integration Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of data, software, and implementation
engineers
Collaborate with delivery engineering teams to enhance data
integration quality and scalability
Establish a technical vision for the data platform and improve
governance and quality across data pipelines
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software implementation and engineering
with complex datasets
5+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams, including
experience managing managers
Technical expertise in data storage, query, ETL orchestration,
governance, and analytics
Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer
satisfaction
Strong process orientation and ability to adapt project management
methodologies
