Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights
Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
