Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Rhode Island Physical Therapist PT license
  • Current BLS / CPR Certification Job details:
    • Pay: $2359.50 - $2432.10 /week
    • Location: Greenville, Rhode Island
    • Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
    • Shift: Day
    • Setting: SNF
