Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Must hold a current RN license Certifications: COVID-19, Booster, and Flu Vaccination Required Must-Have: VOICE ADVANTAGE interview required Job Description: - Provide specialized care in a trauma-intensive care environment. - Participate in orientation every other weekend as per schedule. - Work a schedule that includes every other weekend and holidays as per unit needs, based on staff rotation. - Be adaptable to staffing needs, with the potential to be floated up to three times per shift within the unit. - Adhere to unit and union rules regarding floating and first assignments. - Uphold high standards of patient care and teamwork within a unionized hospital setting. - Maintain updated work history, skills checklist, and professional references within the last year. - Complete a Voice Advantage interview as part of the screening process. This position requires flexibility and adaptability to ensure optimal patient care and staffing within a trauma-intensive care environment.
