Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to
assist customers in effectively utilizing their software to meet
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service request tickets, document challenges, and provide
timely updates until resolution
Collaborate with team members and lead mentoring sessions to
enhance team effectiveness
Develop and demonstrate advanced SQL skills to support customer
needs and software utilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of technical, financial, or related customer support
experience in a software environment
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS
Office, Smartsheet, and Salesforce
Prior knowledge or experience in the legal finance sector or
similar financial systems environment
Elite software experience required
