Contessa - Boston is seeking a skilled Senior Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Inspect the dining room and ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in resolving guest issues and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly.Requirements:
  • Professional, articulate, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
