Job DescriptionAs a key member of our Produce Department team, the Produce Department Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and sales growth. This dynamic individual will be responsible for leading and developing a team of produce associates, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of produce associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our produce products, including quality, handling, and presentation.
• Store Operations: Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, while maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and questions.
• Training and Development: Train and develop produce associates to improve their skills and knowledge, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
