Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Coat Check Attendant to join our team at Contessa - Boston. As a Coat Check Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include setting up the coat check area, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the coat check area with essential items, such as coat racks, tickets, and hangers.
• Hang coats, bags, and other guest items neatly with the appropriate hanger.
• Provide guests with a ticket to enable them to pick up their coat and any other belongings at a later time.
• Interact with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 pounds.Benefits:
