Position Highlights

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Days, 1st ShiftPosition Summary:The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection and processing of specimens for laboratory analysis. The Phlebotomist must have good communication skills and maintain a thorough knowledge of laboratory test requirements and departmental policies. Responsibilities include adult and pediatric venipuncture, EKG's, order entry, and specimen processing.Minimum Requirements:
  
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certificate or 1 years' experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous phlebotomy experience with all age groups
