Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Funding Quality Control
Specialist to analyze mortgage loans for compliance prior to
closing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-funding loan analysis to ensure compliance with
requirements
Communicate findings and resolutions with operation and sales
partners
Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain knowledge of
underwriting guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in mortgage-related quality control or
equivalent operations experience
Proficiency in appraisal requirements and mortgage loan fraud
detection policies
Experience managing a pipeline of mortgage loan files
Familiarity with mortgage documents and processes from start to
finish
Experience with Encompass is desirable
