Job Title: MRI Technologist Job Specialty: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Job Duration: Variable shifts Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7 PM - 3 AM; Saturday 7 PM - 7 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Experience: 3-5 years of MRI experience preferred; Experience with Philips MR, ED/inpatient/vented patient MRI scans License: Active MA license required at time of submission Certifications: ARRT (MR) certification required; ARRT (R)(MR) Must-Have: Graduate of accredited imaging program; COVID Vaccines Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required Job Description: - Perform high-quality MRI scans for patients. - Demonstrate expertise in operating Philips MRI equipment. - Provide care for ED, inpatient, and ventilated patients requiring MRI. - Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Adhere to established protocols and procedures in imaging services. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient experience. - Uphold facility guidelines for compliance and safety standards.
