Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Regulatory to lead a
compliance team and manage regulatory interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the regulatory relations strategy, engaging with
various regulatory agencies
Oversee the second line-of-defense compliance testing and
regulatory risk assessments
Develop an organizational roadmap to address emerging regulatory
trends and mentor compliance team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; legal degree is a plus
15+ years of experience in managing regulatory matters in the
financial services industry
Deep understanding of regulatory agency processes and experience
working with regulators
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to mentor and
develop junior talent
No history of regulatory findings or sanctions
