  The Personal Care Attendant will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and can work effectively within a team.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
    
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
    
  • Assist in the mobility of residents, including transferring and positioning.
    
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
    
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
    
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
    
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
    
    
    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
      
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      
    • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
      
    • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving residents
