Volt is immediately hiring for an Area Manager in the Boston
area.

As an Area Manager, you will:
Ensure all restaurant employees within your area are thoroughly
trained, highly motivated, and empowered to consistently deliver
exceptional guest experiences that meet and exceed
expectations.
Evaluate each restaurant's adherence to our brand standards and
operational procedures.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance and identify
opportunities for enhanced execution.
Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer feedback and
concerns.
Ensure all newly appointed General Managers receive comprehensive
orientation, ongoing training, and targeted development
opportunities to excel in their roles.
Train, coach, and provide consistent performance feedback (both
positive reinforcement and constructive criticism) to motivate and
elevate the performance of all restaurant-level employees
Assess the overall performance of General Managers against clearly
defined standards and expectations, providing regular feedback and
support for their professional growth.
Provide appropriate and effective counseling and/or disciplinary
action when necessary, adhering to company policies and
procedures.
Ensure the successful training and ongoing execution of new product
launches, operational programs, and procedural changes within your
area.
Ensure employees are well-prepared for advancement opportunities,
strategically matching their skills and abilities to restaurant
needs to maximize operational results.
Thoroughly analyze the financial performance of each restaurant
within your area. Proactively identify deviations from financial
expectations and implement appropriate corrective actions to
improve profitability.
Champion company-wide marketing programs at the regional level.
Evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies developed by the
Marketing Department and provide constructive feedback.
Guarantee that all business and personnel practices within your
area are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and are
consistently aligned with company policies and procedures.
Embody the values and standards of the brand, setting a positive
example for the entire team in all aspects of business operations
and personnel management.
Uphold strict company food safety, food handling, and sanitation
requirements to ensure the health and safety of our valued guests
and employees.
Work closely with your assigned Regional Coordinator to leverage
their support and resources in achieving operational goals.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent applied experience in
restaurant management.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in multi-unit
Restaurant Operations management, demonstrating sound judgment and
the ability to achieve goals through experience.
Strong Financial and Administrative Skills: Proven ability to
define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw
valid conclusions, and recommend effective solutions.
Demonstrated P&L Accountability at a 3rd level
(multi-unit).
Excellent presentation, computer, written, and verbal communication
skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
effectively prioritize critical tasks, and demonstrate adaptability
and flexibility.
Experience with restaurant openings and in a corporate restaurant
environment is highly preferred.
Proven experience overseeing 5 or more restaurant units is
required.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
