CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERResponsible for overall management direction and oversight of multiple construction projects from inception to completion, delivering the projects on-time and on-budget, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.EXPERIENCE PREFERREDShoring/Deep foundation construction project experienceLarge "ground up" construction project experienceExperience with construction projects over $10MHealthcare, Life Science, Academia, Commercial Retail and High-end Residential industry construction project experienceMulti-family/Multi-story construction project experienceRESPONSIBILITIESPre-Construction Initiate and maintain communication with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities Oversee and provide guidance on projects to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards based on contract specifications Determine constructability by comparing plans, specs, and drawings to identify discrepancies/gaps and issue RFIs to gather necessary information Collaborate with Project Superintendent to plan work and verify existing conditions for consistency with plan documents Spearhead internal project kick-off meetings Oversees schedule creation in collaboration with Project Manager and Superintendent - Bid SchedulesConstruction Operations Collaborate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and on-site Superintendent Monitor the project financial position, including change orders status, cash flow projections, monthly requisition and monthly project projections/Cost-to-Complete. Ensure that all change estimates and change orders are processed, and that contingency reportingreflects up-to-date project information. Ensure creation and issuance of monthly billings; following up with the client to ensure timely processing and paymentQUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry, including project management 6+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules Excellent project documentation skills. Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, Project control software (Jonas) Knowledge of project financials (invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting) OSHA 30
